This kiln-fired glass sculpture is framed by an intricate steel structure that acts as a hanger and as part of the sculpture. It arrives in several segments and has been designed for easy installation. The frame has been double welded behind the small sea glass jewels to give them a place where they are permanently affixed. The round piece to the left is rounded outward. It and the other three larger glass pieces slide easily into their U-shaped holders. The pieces are detailed with textural elements and gold pen work fired onto the surface. Rivers of colorful and metallic small glass bits run through the pieces and colorful glass powders create subtle shadows. Each piece is unique and will vary.
